Town Sponsor's Sterlington High School Basketball
Tournament. |
|
The Mayor and Board of Alderman vote to sponsor the Sterlington High
School Basketball Tournament. Coach's Kevin Caballero and
Darlene Eubanks presented a request for a sponsorship for the annual
tournament held at Sterlington High School. The tournament has
grown and attracts many teams. The Mayor and Council try to
support the school and attribute the growth of the town to the
quality of the schools and faculty. Good luck Panthers. |

Ouachita Parish School Board
Approves Sterlington High School Annexation
On Thursday
September 27, 2012 The School board unaminously approved the
annexation of Sterlington High School into the town. This was
a proud moment for the Sterlington citizens to have the school back
into the town. Thanks to the School Board, and Dr. Webber, for
recognizing the efforts made by the Mayor and Council. |
